If you are not entirely satisfied with your Solovair footwear, you may return your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We pride ourselves on our British craftsmanship and want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your style.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the unworn boots or shoes back into their original Solovair box and secure them in a protective outer shipping mailer.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage while we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
